Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof of the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may:

Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind:

Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund for the product amount only.
Undelivered or Returned Packages
If a parcel is undelivered and returned to us, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
